Electrolux Professional washing machines and tumble dryers, new and refurbished

In short: Technorette is an authorised Electrolux Professional dealer in the Netherlands. We supply new WH6 and WP7 washer extractors and TD6 and TD7 tumble dryers, plus earlier W5 and W4-series machines refurbished in our own workshop in Apeldoorn, to businesses in Great Britain. Every machine is quoted individually, delivery included.

Electrolux Professional machines are a familiar sight in UK care homes, hotels and commercial laundries. If you are comparing an Electrolux commercial washing machine from a UK supplier with other options, we can add one: new machines from an authorised Dutch dealer, or a refurbished earlier-generation machine at a lower outlay. This page covers the Electrolux Professional range only; for everything we supply to UK sites, see commercial washing machines for UK businesses.

A refurbished washer extractor from our workshop is on average around 60% below the list price of a comparable new washer extractor, up to two-thirds on larger machines.*

* Compared with the net list price of a comparable current new model with the same load capacity (usually the next generation), September 2026. Applies to washer extractors; usually less for tumble dryers. Details in your quote.

What “authorised dealer” means here

We would rather be precise. Technorette is an authorised Electrolux Professional dealer for the Netherlands. We are not Electrolux Professional’s UK distributor, and our dealership does not extend to UK territory; Electrolux Professional has its own UK organisation and partners.

What it does mean for a UK buyer: we sell, install and service these machines in the Netherlands, and our refurbished machines go through the workshop of a business that works with the current range. Ask about a specific model and you talk to people who have had one apart.

Electrolux Professional series explained

WH6 (Line 6000)

Soft-mount, high-spin washer extractors, 6 to 33 kg. Electrolux Professional quotes G-factor 450 to 530 for the range; our WH6-11, WH6-20 and WH6-33 are rated at 450. Compass Pro or ClarusVibe controls; electric, steam or unheated.

WP7

Compact 6 to 8 kg washer extractors. The WP7-8 spins at 1495 rpm, G-factor 600, a clear step up from the WH6, with 4.6 kW electric heating or unheated for hot fill.

myPRO and myPRO XL

The range for small businesses: the 8 kg WE170P and 12 kg WE1100P, with matching dryers. The WE170P runs on single-phase 230 V, handy for a salon, small B&B or care unit.

W5 and W4 series

Earlier generations, still in service in many laundries, which we refurbish. The W4300H, for example, is a 33 kg machine at 820 rpm, G-factor 300; large models such as the W4400H come through too.

TD6 (Line 6000) and TD7 tumble dryers

The TD6-20 dries 16.4 to 20 kg with electric, gas or steam heating. The TD7 range runs from 8 to 37.5 kg, including twin-drum models; the TD7-14 comes electric, gas, steam or heat pump.

Older generation or current range: what actually changes

Picture a hotel laundry with a W4-series machine that has served for years. It still washes well, but the towels come out wet, every load spends longer in the dryer and the afternoon shift runs late. That is the G-factor at work.

  • Extraction: the W4300H in our stock is rated at G-factor 300, a WH6 at 450 and a WP7-8 at 600. Higher extraction means less water in the linen and shorter drying times.
  • Controls: Compass Pro or ClarusVibe on current machines, with more programme flexibility and dosing and monitoring connections; older machines have simpler controls staff often already know.
  • Drying: Electrolux Professional states that its Line 6000 heat pump dryers use considerably less electricity than vented models (manufacturer claim); compare energy per kilo on the data sheets.
  • Outlay: a refurbished earlier-generation machine costs substantially less up front, often decisive for a care home replacing one machine.

The quote sets these out for your site. The Dutch catalogue has full specifications: Electrolux Professional at Technorette, refurbished washing machines and refurbished dryers (all in Dutch; ask us for details in English).

Service, parts and installation in Great Britain

Technorette is based in Apeldoorn and has no service network of its own in the UK. We offer advice by phone and email in English, parts on request for the machines we sell, and on-site visits by arrangement, quoted in advance. For routine maintenance, a local commercial laundry engineer is usually more practical; Electrolux Professional machines are widely used in the UK.

Check the supply before ordering: a myPRO WE170P runs on single-phase 230 V, while heated WH6 machines such as the WH6-20 (18 kW) need a 3-phase 400 V supply. Water connections must comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 or the Scottish Water Byelaws, and gas dryers must be connected by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Electrolux Professional: questions from UK buyers

Is Technorette an authorised Electrolux Professional dealer?

Yes, in the Netherlands. We are not Electrolux Professional’s UK distributor and do not claim UK territory; we sell to UK businesses as a Dutch dealer, with a quote per machine.

What is the difference between the WH6 and the WP7?

The WH6 is the Line 6000 soft-mount, high-spin washer extractor, 6 to 33 kg, G-factor 450 on the models we supply, with steam among its heating options. The WP7 is a compact 6 to 8 kg series; the WP7-8 reaches G-factor 600, so it extracts more water per load.

Are older W5 and W4-series machines still worth buying?

Often, especially when replacing like for like or when budget is tight. They are built for heavy use and every machine is run under load after our overhaul before it leaves the workshop. The trade-off is lower extraction (W4300H: G-factor 300) and older controls, which can mean longer drying.

How much less does a refurbished Electrolux washer extractor cost?

In our current range, a refurbished washer extractor is on average around 60% below the list price of a comparable new washer extractor, up to two-thirds on larger machines. Comparable means a current new model with the same load capacity, usually the next generation (September 2026). Your quote shows the comparison.

Which Electrolux commercial washing machine suits a care home or hotel?

Start with your daily kilos. Smaller sites often manage with 8 to 11 kg (WP7-8, WH6-11); busier care homes and hotels tend to use 20 kg (WH6-20); laundries go to 33 kg and beyond. Care homes: tell us the disinfection programmes you work to (for example under HTM 01-04). Infection control remains your responsibility.

Does a new Electrolux Professional machine bought from you come with a warranty?

Warranty terms for new and refurbished machines are set out per machine in the quote, including how a claim is handled from the Netherlands. Do not assume UK warranty arrangements apply to a machine bought from a Dutch dealer.

What is the difference between TD6 and TD7 tumble dryers?

Both are current ranges in our catalogue. The TD6 belongs to Line 6000; the TD6-20 dries 16.4 to 20 kg, electric, gas or steam. The TD7 runs from 8 to 37.5 kg, including twin-drum models; the TD7-14 comes electric, gas, steam or heat pump. We match the dryer to your washers and energy supply.

What power supply does an Electrolux Professional washing machine need?

It depends on the model and heating. The myPRO WE170P runs on single-phase 230 to 240 V. Electrically heated WH6 machines need a 3-phase 400 V supply; the WH6-20, for example, has 18 kW heating. Steam and unheated versions need less electrical power but a steam or hot water supply. We send connection values before you order.

How do delivery, import VAT and duty work?

By road and sea from Apeldoorn, with route, timing and unloading agreed in the quote. No Dutch VAT is charged on an export; as the importer you pay UK import VAT and any duty and need a GB EORI number. This is not tax advice: check with your accountant or customs agent.
