The buyer supplies destination requirements. Compatibility is assessed against the documented machine configuration. Local permits, utilities, import requirements and site acceptance remain with the party identified in the quotation.
Preparation, collection and transport
The quotation states who is responsible for preparation, loading, carrier selection, insurance, export documents, customs, import duties, unloading and final placement. An Incoterm applies only when its named rule, place and version are written into the accepted quotation.
